So, here is the house. It has three bedrooms, two full baths. It is the house, 8 acres, a carport, a workshop, and a barn. The acreage is fenced for cattle. The house has one acre around it fenced with chain link...it keeps the cows out of my flowerbeds! We are asking $135,000 which is what we gave for it back in August. We added landscaping, painted and added gutters. The roof is metal and it has natural gas for heat, cooking and the hot water heater. The carpet is dated but not in bad condition at all. We originally were going to replace it, but it grew on us and kept us warm for winter. One bathroom has been updated and one is the original tile...but its everyone favorite bathroom. The previous owner planted lots of trees about fifteen years ago, so they are big enough to sit under but not towering. There are several pecan, a pear, and a wonderful producing fig tree/bush, along with other type of trees.
We are sooooo going to miss sitting outside on the back porch...It has the perfect view of sunsets. But the sun does set everywhere else as well!
